Stomp on the Voices

If I could kill that voice – then I can create another one!

The quiet words we whisper to ourselves. The ones when we’re standing in the mirror or scrolling Instagram – “I’m not enough.” The ones when they announce their pregnant AGAIN and you haven’t yet conceived after rounds of fertility treatments – “When is it my turn?” The ones where their something new is reminding you of your something old – “I’m never going to get there.” The ones where they post about another vacation in a different country – “I’m broke and can’t even go to Chick-fil-A for lunch.”

The ones where they are living out your dream – “why them and not me?”

Girl, I get it. I’ve felt what you’re feeling. Sometimes still fight the battle. But if I’ve learned anything on this planet it’s that MINDSET matters more than everything else!! So sis, do yourself a favor!

Stomp on the voices. Shun them. Kick them out. Starve them. Tell them to flea. And lock them out for good! Little by little, the space becomes open to cultivate the words you tell yourself that DO affect change, that DO bring life, the DO motivate action, and that DO result in blessing!

What can you stop telling yourself today and start telling yourself instead?!

To not preach at you, but speak along side you:

For Me…it’d be to stop saying “maybe you’re not meant for this after all” and replacing it with “you were born for this!” You see, it’s not about incapability because you surely are able and called – it’s about probability – your when…your action point…we’ve got this! Let’s go! And remember, leave the naysayers in the dust. Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”
