CORE Talk Biz Tips – Mobility-Endurance-Motivation-in that order!

Updated: Mar 16, 2021

Mobility and endurance are all connected, even in business. The mobility and endurance create the momentum to move you to the next level. It is important to strategize to ensure you are creating momentum in the right direction. Mobility ensures your focus is in the right direction.

This week I featured my content strategist and virtual assistant, Janis Rodgers. Janis is a long-time CORE sister, a client, and a lover and follower of God. Her heart for God is clearly seen in how she comes alongside her clients to showcase their talents using her own talents. If you are an entrepreneur, one of the first people you want to bring onto your team is a virtual assistant.

Staying rooted in the place of truth, it is only possible to move forward. Jesus started His ministry in secret and started flexing and practicing with His gift and talents before He ever started gathering followers. The cool thing is He never asked them to follow – it just happened organically. Wouldn’t that be amazing for your business? Those are the footsteps we follow.

This week I am in our garage gym. This is where we stretch and flex to grow stronger and more mobile. It is hard work, but having a strong body prepares us for whatever God puts into our path.

Mobility-Endurance-Momentum Show Notes

Are you ready to finally understand and unlock the abundance and wealth that God has promised you? This is the very question that fuels CORE Talk and the evolving answer is exactly what I intend to serve up right here on this weekly five-minute segment. CORE is an acronym which stands for a community of rooted entrepreneurs. Within that identity, we know that harvesting is just as much about the difficulty and hard work of the toiling process as it is about the joy filled reaping of the fruits. But fellow dreamer and activator, ,I am believing that the season is ripe for picking.

As your go to Christian business coach, I am here to showcase proven strategies, active testimonies and critical development techniques for you to finally taste and see your unique wealth factor. Of course, anchored at the core every episode. I’ll keep it real and simple. With my 4 Ts, I’ll teach, testify and transform with a bonus fan favorite of travel. Regardless where you find me in the world, this is CORE Talk with Tamra.

Let’s stay rooted and grow together from the core.

What up! You guys! I’m so excited to be here today to talk to you about mobility, flexibility, endurance, all the things ultimately to grow your business. This is true. This is truth. And this is CORE Talk with Tamra and we are officially a podcast, ya’ll. Yes, the Fit in Faith Podcast is split into a baby podcast, but something totally different if you’ve never tuned in to Fit in Faith. It is been a gift to my life over the course of the last two years.

We’re entering Season three almost at episode one hundred and it is a place where interviews happen. And we started infusing CORE Talk a few months ago and now it is time for us to make it its own show. So we’re birthing a podcast. CORE Talk already has several episodes out, so be sure to tune into those live on Apple, Spotify, Google podcast, all the things. We’re going to hit it to the top of the charts. And it’s not just going to be faith oriented, it’s going to be business, too, but it’s going to be business and it’s got to be faith because they go together.

So mobility, endurance, it all connected. And how does it serve you? What does that mean for your business? And I’m hanging out because I love to travel. It’s part of the tease in my gym. Look, if you’re live you get to see something like a monkey. But seriously, this is so important. And the highlighted feature testimonial of the day is all for Janis Rodgers. She is my content strategist and my virtual assistant, also a client, long time CORE Creatives sister, and just has such a heart for God, such a heart for Jesus, but ultimately a heart for the people that she serves.

And if you want to talk about mobility, not only has she jumped from a full-time career into a place of passion and purpose, but she has also been mobile. And I love the word mobility alongside malleability. Not to say that she is easily moved because she is not, but she is willing to rise up and showcase not only her individual gifts and talents, but that of others in the way that only she can uniquely do. If you have never utilized a virtual assistant and you are an entrepreneur, I know that this is the first team member you should bring on.

And I say that without a shadow of the doubt, not only doesn’t have to be Janis, though, that’s awesome. That’s not my intent. My intent is to tell you that a virtual assistant helps create mobility for you. It helps leverage you in a way that you’ve never been leverage. It helps leverage your time, your energy, even your ideas, and comes out in a way that you can’t possibly understand. So, Janis, I love you.

I’m grateful for every single thing that you do, not only in my business, but for this podcast and all the others. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Huge shout out. But this is not just about client testimonials. This is about you. This is about transforming your business. And so what I want you to know, not only from a place of mobility, but I also want you to understand the endurance after mobility which creates the momentum and ultimately for a business to grow, for you to strategize and create community and bring on new clients and actually see the monetary blessing that that requires and involves and ignites.

It takes everyday energy, endurance. So become comfortable in your business, get mobility, which is a part of rising you to the next level, the way that you do that. OK, this is why I’m in the gym. Let’s create the reference here, stret. Chalk up all the things it’s so important for us to actually strategize before you go running really fast in the endurance to create momentum that’s in the wrong direction. Please don’t do that.

Talk to me before you do that, if you’re getting ready, are you gearing up, that mobility factor is so important to make sure that you’re focused in the right direction. OK, I want you guys to realize that I see all y’all saying hi, OnLive. It’s so good to be with you this morning for CORE Talk with Tamra live on our podcast. The last thing I want to do, because this is the only reason that I show up in this way beyond helping your business be transformed is to drop truth over these secular concepts, over the marketplace.

Truth is everything. And if we stay rooted in that place, mobility, endurance, which comes from an overflow of energy, is not impossible. It is the only possible. So recognizing that if we pull into the trip, if we pull into the word of how we’re in, plug in mobility, endurance and momentum are inevitable. So in the Bible, where is this show up? Right. Where is God example this for us, whether it’s through the flesh of Jesus or through his Holy Spirit or through things that happened in the Old Testament, I could not not think about the momentum in the mobility that Jesus had here on Earth.

He started with one. He started in the secret. He started in places like the temple where people didn’t know his name. And he started flexing. He started practicing. He started swinging with his gifts and talents before he ever asked for a community of following. And the cool thing is, he never actually asked. It just happened organically. Wouldn’t it be amazing to be a business that never had to sell, that never had to showcase, but instead just showed up that you become mobile and your endurance and your momentum are all aligned because it’s in line with your purpose?

That’s what he did. Those are the footsteps we get to follow. So I just pray ultimate blessings over your business. I pray that you plug into the energy source that provides that endless momentum for your business, for your life, for your family, for your relationships, for your faith. Ultimately vertical before horizontal, y’all. This is CORE Talk with Tamra. Thank you for being here. It’s always a gift. And I’ll see you next week.

All right, quick pause. I love that you’re tuning into this show, really your shares, your subscribers and reviews, even your listeners mean a ton to me personally and honestly to all of us who put these shows out weekly for your listening pleasure. But are you ready?

I think it’s time that I put you in the hot seat for a question. If you’re resonating with all of these multi passionate, God loving success stories, then I believe one of your own. Maybe you’re even in the midst of that comeback. Regardless, there is a deeper message inside of you, I am sure of it. It’s your why factor for living life. So here’s the question. Why not turn that mess into a message by starting a podcast of your very own?

It’s time for you to amplify. And since I’ve been broadcasting for a couple of years now and I’ve trained dozens of shows into launch, I’ve also hit top of the charts across the globe. Why would you want to learn from anybody else? I’m also pretty fun and so is my team and we put together this E course and don’t stop here, don’t forward, hold out. I know you’re thinking e course because everybody’s got a course, but this one is truly as good as it gets.

I give you a behind the scenes step by steps. My team is screen sharing exactly what they do. Post-Processing. There are video modules and a workbook. Plus we offer direct group coaching with us. No videos of us live in action. Let’s create that human to human connection. So really, there’s nothing like it. I would encourage you to go check out Tamra Andress dot com and check out the course tab. Once you get there, there’s even a free mini course option if you want to see the behind the scenes and not really take my word for it.

So you should take my word for it. You’re here listening to me right now. So I appreciate you. We love you. We encourage you.

But girl, boy, man, woman, father, dog, whatever. It’s time for you to amplify. All right. Now let’s get back to the show.
